Move with Strength After 50: Caring for Your Body When Life Feels Heavy

There's a moment many women describe to me in their 50's, 60's, and beyond.

They look in the mirror or walk up a flight of stairs and think: "When did this get so hard?"

Sometimes it's just the natural shift of aging.

Sometimes it comes after a loss, a divorce, an illness, or a big transition that quietly stole their energy and routines.
